Sri Budha Homes officially closed today the offer period for the vizag based real estate housing layout project Leo County. All plots will be sold at its actual plot rate from today onwards.
Actually, we introduced our most prestigious VUDA Approved housing layout project on January 26, 2016 and offered plots from it at 3500/- per square yard with offer. On May 27, 2016, VUDA officially approved Leo County as a VUDA approved gated community. However, we continued the offer period even after VUDA approval.
We opened this offer for 6 months plus few days and now we are officially closed this offer period from today. Plots from Leo County will be sold for actual plot cost 3,699/- INR (Three thousand Six hundred Ninety nine Indian rupees only).
Note: This rate is only applicable for those who book plots from today onwards and it does not effect the customers who already paid advance for their plots.
